The Residence Collection stands out as a market leader in the flush casement sector so it’s only right that the range of hardware and accessories are equally special.
Choose from a range of styles like, or window and door handles in finishes like Antique Black or Antique Bronze, as well as many others. Add on the option of working or mock peg stays plus mock butt hinges to complete the traditional look and feel.
On the opposite side of heritage, you have the option to choose Contemporary window and door handles in finishes like polished or brushed chrome – especially popular where the inside look needs to tie in with modern interiors.
Security is priority with the Residence Collection. High security multipoint locks, 3* Cylinders and quality adjustable hinges are fitted as standard on every door. Windows feature stainless steel hinges and high security locking mechanisms and locking handles for total piece of mind.
Ventilation may be a requirement, but with the residence collection the external aesthetics do not have to be compromised. The option of an external canopy vent cover keeps the all-important clean straight-line appearance of the range intact.

The Residence Collection offers an array of colours tailored to various period properties and individual preferences. With Over 20 stock options including the ever popular Grained White and Contemporary Eclectic Grey plus exclusive dual-foil options such as “Black on English Oak” or “Painswick on Clotted Cream”.
Each of the Residence Collection ranges has a unique stock offer. With R2 you can chose from 11 stock colour options. Choose from Smooth Grey aluminium replica foil, mix it up with wood effect finishes like Silvered Oak or even softer pastel tones like Painswick Grey. R2 also borrows the 3 solid 3 “through colour” un-foiled PVC colours, White, Vintage Cream and No38 Grey from the R7 range.
Special order options* extend the range to include even more contemporary smooth finishes like Anodised or Pyrite foils designed to replicate powder coated aluminium as well as adding authentic timber alternative finishes like Honey Oak
